 Beef Stew
Ingredients

3 carrots, cut up
3 potatoes, cut up
2 lb beef chuck or stew meat in 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 c water with beef boullion
or beef stock
1 t red wine vinegar
1 t worcestershire
1 garlic clove or garlic powder
1 bay leaf
salt to taste
1/2 ts pepper
1 t paprika
3 onions, quartered
3 Celery stalk, cut up



Flour mixture to thicken stew
1 t flour
1 c of warm water

Directions

season beef chunks or stew meat with salt , pepper,and garlic salt.
add all ingredients to crock pot as listed above.
cook on high 4 hrs. add flour mixture to stew stiring well to mix cover and cook another hour.
